James W. Akin MD PSC and Bluegrass Fertility Center are separate entities with unique Tax ID numbers as well as NPI numbers. James W. Akin MD PSC accepts most major insurance plans, but is not in network with medicaid. Please call our office to confirm whether or not James W. Akin MD PSC is in network with your insurance. Specific insurance benefits will be checked upon arrival. Bluegrass Fertility Center is not in network with any insurance at this time. For patients with out-of-network benefits, please inform our office if you wish to file an out-of-network claim.
